Essential Home Health Care Solutions began offering services to home health care agencies in 2007 and currently offers a full range of services to start-up and established Home Health Care agencies, Hospice agencies, Assisted Living Facilities, and Community Mental Health Centers in cities throughout the United States. Our "SERVICE SOLUTIONS" include Consulting, Certified Oasis Coding, Remote QA of patient charts (Oasis, Skilled Nurse notes, Home Health Aide notes, and 485's/POC's), and Staffing. Our staff offers professional knowledge and expertise in an industry of never ending change. Our staff prides itself on product accuracy, ensuring that each agency is provided with training and documentation that is in compliance with State and Federal regulatory guidelines in a timely manner. Our administrative ensures that each agency is provided with proper training and administrative support that is in compliance with State and Federal regulatory guidelines.

  • Coding In A Snap: Our staff of professional homecare Coding Specialists are certified by the Board of Medical Specialty Coding in home care diagnosis coding. Our certified coders are available to assist with your coding needs. We also offer Billing Services and Billing/Payment Recovery Services at no upfront cost to your agency. 


  • Remote QA : Our Staff of experienced QA nurses deliver compliance driven review of all agency Oasis, Skilled Nurse Notes, Home Health Aide Notes, and 485/POC's to assist your agency in maintaining regulatory compliance. We currently offer QA services for Axxess, Cradle, Homebased Homecare, and Kinnser software subscribers. We also provide Remote QA services for agencies that utilize other software. 


  • Staffing: We provide quality professional Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists guarantying your seal of approval in all aspects of patient care. All of our staff is duly qualified and licensed to provide staffing services for your agency. Our staffing services are currently available in Dallas/Ft. Worth and surrounding counties, Greenville, Texas, Sulphur Springs, Texas, Mt. Pleasant Texas, New Boston, Texas, and Texarkana, Texas.
